President and CEO

Claude Jones has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and 11 years of software development and management experience. He launched numerous web hosting businesses during the dot com era and is currently working as a Senior Engineering Manager for Yahoo! leading a team of developers focused on the company's next-generation display advertising platform. He is an active member of The Movement Church located in San Marcos, California and regularly donates time and resources to help further spread positive outreach within the community.

Marketing Director

Richard Sarles has a Master's Degree in Experimental Psychology and 12 years of experience in the market research industry. He is the co-founder of a successful research consulting firm where he has provided direction and guidance to more than 400 public, private, and nonprofit clients throughout the United States. His philanthropic endeavors include establishing the Today's Dream Tomorrow's Triumph Scholarship and annually supporting a variety of nonprofit organizations including the San Diego Zoological Society, Swami's Cycling, and the Challenged Athletes Foundation.

Interaction Design Director

Erik Racho holds a Master's Degree in Cognitive Psychology. For the past 10 years he has designed Enterprise and Consumer applications, developing digital concepts, interface designs, and functionality to support product strategy, branding, as well as user interaction and goals. In his spare time, Erik creates music and also enjoys writing. His recent charitable efforts have included contributions to the Yahoo! Employee Foundation and the Pan-Mass Challenge, which raises money for cancer research.

Lisandro Lejano is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has over ten years of experience in building and managing products in the online and mobile advertising. His expertise includes initiating and overseeing the coordination of products throughout all stages of their lifecycle, from strategic definition to end-of-life planning. Lisandro is an active contributor to the SPCA, Youth Speaks, and the San Francisco Giants Community Fund.

Senior Frontend Engineer

Martin Wong has a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science and has been professionally engineering web sites and improving companies' internet marketing efforts for the past 10 years. His client list includes a host of Fortune 500 companies, such as Caterpillar, Chevron, Kimberly-Clark, and Sony, and his website design and expertise has earned him various industry certifications. He is also the founder of the web design and development site, ClearlyDesigned.com. His community contributions include being an active supporter of the Susan G. Komen's Breast Cancer Awareness Walk.

Chief Legal Officer

Ethan Watts is an attorney specializing in business and internet law. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University and a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of San Diego. Ethan practiced law at two highly-regarded San Diego law firms before starting his own practice in early 2009. He has been an active volunteer for various charities his entire life, and currently volunteers for Technology Training Foundation of America and Warrior Foundation.

Brand Manager

Samantha Sarles has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, has been in marketing for over 8 years, and is currently the Brand Manager for an industry-leading consumer goods manufacturer. As an avid runner she supports Give Your Sole, and she ran the 2010 Big Sur International Marathon to raise money for North County Solutions for Change, a nonprofit dedicated to ending family homelessness.
